The selected candidate shall be responsible for:
• Implement HACCP programs and maintain HACCP records for all products received, processed, and packed.
• Communicate with production team quality standards and labelling requirements.
• Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements.
• Maintain HACCP, sanitation, and labelling standards in meeting.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
• Has the responsibility / authority to implement accepted quality control standards and procedures.
• Ideally, applicants should have previous experience in a similar position.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Effective communication both orally and in writing.
• Capable of independent decision making.
• Good organisational skills and a great multi-tasker.
