ICI Limited is currently seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with members of our Accounts and HR departments, as well as engage with employees from various departments.
As a Front Office Administrator at ICI Limited, you will be entrusted with a range of essential tasks, including but not limited to:
• Visitor relations: Greet and extend a warm welcome to all visitors, guiding them to their designated personnel and offices.
• Communication hub: Professionally handle incoming phone calls, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to caller inquiries.
• Administrative support: Execute various administrative duties, including filing, to uphold the efficiency of office operations.
• Bookkeeping assistance: Assist in the company's bookkeeping procedures, including document posting and reconciliation.
• Office management: Contribute to office organization and management, ensuring smooth processes.
• Supply management: Monitor and report on office supply stock levels, promptly addressing shortages.

• Tech proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Acumatica software.
• Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills, a methodical approach, and keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
