Block (Ulysses Aparthotel)

Position open in a 20 room newly refurbished 3 star aparthotel which is currently in the process of expanding by an additional 23 units.

What we ask for ??
You have minimum 2 years of experience in a Hotel Manager, currently living in Gozo + the ability to transport yourself to + from your shifts without restrictions. You'll be expected work morning, afternoon + evening/night shifts on rotation. Role involves organizing logistics, overseeing operations, training + leading all departments, guest liaison duties, drawing up plans + budgets, maximize room yield, creating offers to boost occupancy, optimising labor management + devising cost saving strategies without compromising on quality.

Qualifications

Degree in hospitality management or similar management degree
Fluent in English
Additional languages are a bonus
Minimum 2 years experience in the role.
