Administration Clerk

Coleiro General Sales Ltd.

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, the chosen applicant will be responsible, but not limited to, inputting foreign and local purchases, filing and upkeep of all the company documentation, liaising with the storekeepers and upkeeping of stock levels, organizing deliveries and reconciliating cash with the delivery persons.

Qualifications

Fluent in Maltese and English Languages
Computer literate,
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office
Team player
Well organized
Able to work in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated and work under pressure.
Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
Knowledge of Shireburn System is considered as important asset.
