Dorado Games is a well-established video games studio in Malta, and part of Stillfront Group Sweden – a stock market listed organization consisting of over twenty international video game studios from around the world. The company's focus is designing, developing and marketing online strategy games for all platforms: Our global strategy hit-game “Conflict of Nations: World War 3” is at the center of our endeavors and constantly being refined and expanded across iOS, Android and PC/Steam.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a an IT Generalist you will be part of the DevOps team, providing IT support and being involved in new deployments for Dorado and its games starting with CONFLICT OF NATIONS: WORLD WAR 3 and another unannounced titles.

Workwise you can expect a professional environment utilizing a blend of proven and new technologies such as various operating systems, the Atlassian suite of products, JumpCloud, Office 365, Google Workspace and automation tools such as Docker, Ansible, Terraform and GitHub Actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first level support for IT-related issues across the organization
Assist in the maintenance of computer systems, software and hardware
Participate in the deployment of new applications and systems
Help manage network infrastructure including servers, routers and other network devices
Support data backup and recovery processes
Collaborate with team members on IT projects
Stay updated on the latest technologies and IT best practices

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent skills in IT maintenance
Passion for videogames
Familiarity with Windows, Linux and MacOS operating systems
Familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems
Familiarity with services such as Office 365, Atlassian, Slack and Google Apps
Ability to work in a team and independently
Skills in DevOps related applications such as automation, containerization and CI/CD
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to articulate and document technical designs clearly and analytically
Ability to communicate effectively and objectively in English
