Role Description: Spa Advisor Full-time&Part-time



Responsibilities:



Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

- Ensure unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction through adept sales and service.

- Extend a warm welcome to guests at the Spa, promptly addressing any queries with professionalism and warmth.



Assess Needs and Offer Expert Advice:

- Assess customer requirements effectively, providing informed guidance on Spa treatments and products tailored to their preferences.

- Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate the benefits and features of various Spa services and products.



Proactive Sales Approach:

- Engage with guests proactively, promoting services and products within the Spa and hotel premises.

- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a unified sales approach, ensuring seamless customer experiences.



Foster Customer Relationships:

- Cultivate trusting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

- Adhere strictly to Spa protocols, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests at all times.



Qualifications:



Spa Advisor skills:

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience as a Spa Sales Associate or similar role, showcasing success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.

- Sales and Customer Service Proficiency: Solid understanding of sales principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in English communication, facilitating clear and effective interactions with guests.

- Basic Numerical Skills: Ability to handle basic mathematical calculations pertinent to sales transactions and inventory management.

- Market Awareness: Stay informed about customer preferences, market dynamics, and industry trends to inform sales strategies effectively.

- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the Spa. Exhibit professionalism and discretion in interactions with hotel management, fostering collaborative relationships across departments.
