Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Part-Time Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our fleet of cabs, ensuring timely and efficient service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize customer booking requests via phone, app, or online platform.
• Dispatch cabs efficiently, optimizing routes and schedules to meet customer demands.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and customers, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitor the status of the fleet and ensure all cabs are operating according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, dispatches, and any incidents.

Qualifications

Requirements:
