We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and help us maintain a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
Position Overview:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Handle requests for information and data, and resolve administrative issues.
Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and other HR-related tasks.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
