- Recommendations: Suggest dishes and beverages to guests based on their preferences.

- Answering Questions: Respond to inquiries about the menu, dietary restrictions, and other concerns.

- Taking Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted.

- Order Accuracy: Double-check orders for accuracy before submitting them to the kitchen.

- Up-selling: Suggest additional items such as appetizers, sides, desserts, and beverages to enhance the dining experience.

- Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner, ensuring that the presentation is attractive and correct.

- Table Maintenance: Monitor tables throughout the meal, refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and addressing any issues that arise.

- Coordinating with Kitchen Staff: Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Table Setup: Ensure tables are properly set with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments before guests arrive.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining area, service stations, and other workspaces clean and organized.

- Assisting Colleagues: Help other waitstaff and team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

Must speak English fluently

Previous experience is very important, however, training will be provided.
