Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting/Office Duties:
• Manage daily office tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Maintain and update office records and documents.
• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the management team with various administrative duties as needed.
• Guest House Assistance:
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage guest reservations, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and stay details.
• Process payments and provide invoices to guests.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of guest house paperwork.
• Ensure the guest house is well-presented and operational needs are met.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional manner.
