Full-time Draftsperson in Gozo

At least 1-year of work experience in a similar position in Gozo or Malta.

Main duties / Responsibilities:

Drafting of drawings for Planning applications (in Auto-Cad);
3D Illustration and presentations (in Photoshop, Sketchup);
Surveying of buildings and photographic analysis and documentation;
Addressing, communicating with, and preparing information as required from The Planning Authority and other entities on projects;
Use of GEO- SERVER and the Planning Authority website;
Running office related errands as required;

Surveys and quantity surveying

Qualifications

Interested candidates must have:

an ability to use AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
knowledge of local Planning laws will be considered a plus but training will be given
organizational skills at the office
basic knowledge for onsite measurements and documentation
Fluent in English
