• To be responsible for the transfer of products to all retail outlets and manage this process in an efficient way.
• Prepare and pack items for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• To replenish stock as requested by the Stores Manager and the Assistant Stores Manager.
• To keep an accurate logging system. To manage the store’s inventory system and keep it always updated.
• To be responsible for the delivery and collection processes from the stores.
• To keep the stores clean and clear of any obstructions and safety hazards.
• To regularly conduct stock audits as instructed by the Administration Manager.
• To coordinate all new stock by liaising with the Administration Manager to ensure that delivery deadlines are met, and shipments are well organised.
• To ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet all outlets’ demands.
• To meet all work deadlines as instructed by his/her direct superior.
• To be responsible for leaving stores’ equipment, including company vehicles, in good order and report any malfunctions to management immediately.
• To organize and optimize the layout of the store to maximize space utilization.
• To be responsible to perform basic maintenance tasks as requested in retail outlets and stores as requested by superior.
• To keep oneself updated on developments in Stores Management.
• To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
• To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time in relation to his/her job.
• To complete the tasks as instructed by the Stores Manager and Assistant Stores Manager.

Qualifications

• Use of tools in a professional manner.
• Strong physique and in good health and able to carry objects effectively.
• Health & safety systems.
• Time Management.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Have a valid driving license for car.
