We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional drinks and providing top-notch customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and Serve Drinks:
o Mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
o Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks.
• Customer Service:
o Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
o Make drink recommendations, answer questions, and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
o Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Order Management:
o Accurately take and process drink orders using the POS system.
o Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and efficient service.
• Bar Maintenance:
o Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
o Perform regular inventory checks and restock supplies as needed.
o Ensure the bar area is set up and ready for each shift, including proper glassware and garnishes.
• Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other front of house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
o Assist in training new bar staff on proper drink preparation and customer service techniques.
o Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Promotion and Marketing:
o Promote the bar's offerings and contribute to building the restaurant's reputation.
o Engage with customers to encourage positive reviews and repeat business.

• Event Participation:
o Assist in organizing and executing special events and private functions.
o Ensure event-related tasks are delivered professionally and on time.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
