Kitchen Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated individual capable of coordinating kitchen-related tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all kitchen activities. These include coordinating and supervising kitchen activities to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene and supporting our in-house culinary staff. Willingness to work flexible hospitality hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) is a must. Own transportation with valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Essential requirements include fluency in both Maltese and English, an orderly and disciplined manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective organisational and time-management skills, and ability to perform under pressure. Own transportation with valid driver’s license is also required. Proficiency in basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office etc.) and relevant culinary education or relevant certification is a plus.
