Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions ensuring that the accounting
system is kept up to date.
• Ensure that inter-company accounts are reconciled with the counterparty, general ledgers are reconciled with
subsidiary ledgers, and bank ledgers are reconciled with the bank statements.
• Perform payment runs, monitor day-to-day cash flow and prepare cash flow reports, as well as following up on
outstanding issues.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management and financial accounts, including reports for Group f
financial reporting and forecasts.
• Preparation and filing of VAT Returns and other applicable returns, and then liaise with tax advisors for the
preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
• Prepare budgets and support the Head of Controlling in finalising budgets, analysing accounts, and controlling
costs.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports as needed.
• Liaise with different stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensuring all finance records are organized, correctly labelled, and properly archived.
• Support and liaise with auditors for the annual audit process.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Do you have the below attributes and qualifications?
• University degree in Accounting or financial management.
• Have a minimum of three years accounting experience.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good command of excel and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks to effectively meet deadlines.
• Personal credibility, integrity, and high moral standards.
