We at Tereza are currently looking for a Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties will include:

Managing staff schedules, training, and performance.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth service flow


Requirements include:

Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in hospitality.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Vocational with experience serving people and food handling certificate (A)
