Founded in 2022, Europe Fastflow Services Ltd. is a temporary job placement agency located in the Maltese Islands.

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring access and movement (circulation) of persons within the organisation; check sites and rooms.
- Taking telephone calls, pass on calls to the desired interlocutors, and taking messages.
- Informing persons or referring/accompanying them to the desired interlocutor, department, or place.
- Welcoming people and identify their demands.
- Registering, sorting, and stamping correspondence.
- Retrieving/inputting/updating computer data (searching/consulting databases), creating badges, registering persons, and generating phone reports.
- Keeping billboards, information, and company publicity material up to date.
- Copying, classifying, typing documents, and doing their layout.
- Advising and assisting interlocutors with regard to daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

The chosen candidate must have:

- Proficiency in the English language.
- Possession of a Maltese/EU driving licence.
- Residence in Malta preferred.
- Experience is considered an asset; however, on-the-job training will be provided.
