Office Manager (German-speaking)

We are looking for a dedicated Administrator/Office Coordinator/ Manager (German-speaking) to join our dynamic company and take on responsibilities. We aim to hire a talented and courteous individual to be the first point of contact for our valued clients, dedicated team, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
-Serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome.
-Manage scheduling and on-site support.
-Handle professional telephone and email communication.
-Address daily client inquiries and maintain a well-organized reception area.
-Coordinate stakeholder management, liaising with lawyers, accountants, and auditors on behalf of our clients.
-Collect company mail, receive, and sort deliveries.
-Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
-Assist with exciting tasks such as team-building activities, company events, and onboarding new employees.

-You maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
-You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German and value open communication.
-You remain organized and have strong organizational skills.
-The mindset "The customer is king" comes naturally to you.
-You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-You are already residing in Malta.
