Sales Assistant for branded products specializing in industrial solutions - the ideal candidate would have general sales experience, well presented and motivated with a good command of the English language.

Main duties

? To coordinate quotation requests and site visits to support the Ind. Sol. Rep. and to provide a prompt response to clients and prospective customers.
? To prepare quotations in a timely manner and follow up until closure.
? Monitor inventories in relation to stock items.
? Obtain prices and follow up on quotes from suppliers and partners and ensure that all information and data is up to date.
? Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor and coordinate the process with logistics and stores.
? Provide procurement support for internal divisions.
? To ensure that the various departmental staff are actively informed with the latest information and technical product developments.
? Assist in developing new product lines and supplier relationships.
? To support the marketing of product lines and ensure effective distribution.
? Maintain a supplier database and product portfolio.
? Follow-up on client complaints and warranty issues that may arise.
? Any other duties that may be required within the scope of sales.
