Office Administrator / Bookkeeper

Revimo Ltd, a marketing and product trade company based in Malta, is seeking a reponsible and organized Office Administrator and Bookkeper to support the company management. The position may be offered on Full time or Part time basis, it may be agreed that the position is done partially from home.
The candidate will be responsible for:
1. Issuing invoices and quotations.
2. Keeping accurate records of all monetary transactions.
-Manage correspondence (emails and phone calls).
-Basic bookkeping
-Collection of expense invoices/receipts
-Filing invoices, issuing statements, reconciliation of entries.
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Keep the office tidy, equipment in order and well-stocked with supplies
-Oversee filing systems and document organization.
-Act as a liaison between management and staff.
-Reply messages and information promptly.
-Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
-Provide general administrative support.
-Assist with special projects as needed
-Any other tasks relevant to the position.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any additional language will be considered as an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping process. Candiades with Bookkeeping experience will be given a priority.
- Strong computer skills and ability to fast learn different systems and softwares.
- Adaptability to fast pace of the company and constant development.
