Job Summary:
As a Handyman at Uno Malta, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the nightclub’s facilities and equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all aspects of the venue operate smoothly during business hours, and that any issues are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Inspect the venue before, during, and after operating hours to identify and address any potential hazards or areas needing repair.
Set up and take down equipment and décor as needed for events, including stages, lighting, and sound systems.
Repair and maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring they are safe and functional.
Conduct regular checks on outdoor areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality, including pathways, seating areas, and restrooms.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests during operating hours to minimize downtime and ensure guest safety.
Work closely with management and other staff to coordinate maintenance tasks and prioritize urgent repairs.
Keep an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and notify management when replacements or additional items are needed.
Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the venue, including waste management and basic landscaping tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
