?? Job Responsibilities:
• Choose the right materials.
• Clean and fix walls and ceilings of holes or cracks.
• Match the mortar mix to the existing plaster.
• Apply plaster for a smooth finish.
• Create decorative plaster designs.
• Set up and use scaffolding for high places.
• Cover doors and windows with sheets and remove switch covers.
• Keep things clean and remove tools and scaffolding daily.
?? What we are looking for:
• Understand scaffolding and design tools.
• Move easily while applying plaster.
• Work well with others for greater results.
• Finish tasks quickly, even with tight deadlines.
