- Assisting the supply chain team in communications with clients and suppliers
· Periodic communication with clients and relaying this information to respective account representative
· Supplier and product knowledge
· Ensuring online folders and contacts are up to date
· Assisting the supply chain team in liaising with shipping companies to organise logistics and freight for supplier orders
· Follow up with the business department on quotations and orders
- Assisting Supply Chain Manager with admin/office tasks
Qualifications
Minimum O-level standard of education;
Excellent organisation, communication and office skills; multitasking capability; proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, outlook; proficient in English language (verbal and written).
