Summary of Functions: The job incumbent is responsible for the preparation of high quality airline meals in accordance with company standards, menu specifications and production schedules. Responsible for meeting required safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Aid and assist in the daily duties and requirements of the department.
• Prepares meal trays for inflight service of airlines, including placing of food items, cutlery, dishes and other
material and products in the trays.
• Read documents to define amount and kind of foods supplies and other products/material/utensils to be
packaged/prepared.
• Examine filled tray for completeness appearance, and store completed trays in airline trolleys.
• Ensure that the area within his/her responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed.
• Maintain a high level of product quality and performance in his/her work.
• Maintain a high level of HACCP standards in the performance of his/her duties
• Carry out work as instructed or directed by superiors.
• Maintain a high level of efficiency in the performance of his/her duties.
• Observe all company rules and regulations.
• Observe all HACCP product and environment rules and report to superiors any practice or products which are
not according to HACCP rules.
• Carrying out work safely and responsibly.
• Provides direction for all day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Good command of written and spoken English and numerical skills.
• Exercise good control, co-ordination and communication with other employees.
