SOUS CHEF

A vacancy has arisen for a Sous Chef to join our existing team of talented chefs. The Sous Chef reports to the Head Chef and must therefore, as necessary, be able to:
manage the kitchen team;
monitor inventory, and ensuring quality control;
assist in developing new recipes and menus;
and train new staff members.
- Working 5 days a week on a 40 hour basis.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering establishment
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
