Store Keeper & Maintenance Assistant

- To perform general maintenance tasks: Including basic electrical work, and other repairs as needed around the warehouse.
- To conduct and identify any maintenance needs or potential safety hazards.
- To support the operations team by setting up equipment and infrastructure for various tasks and activities.
- To keep management informed of any major maintenance concerns or needs for significant repairs.
- To be responsible for the transfer of products to all retail outlets and manage this process in an efficient way.
- To keep an accurate logging system. To manage the store’s inventory system and keep it always updated.
- To be responsible for the delivery and collection processes from the stores.
- To keep the stores clean and clear of any obstructions and safety hazard's.
- To regularly conduct stock audits as instructed by the Administration Manager.
- To coordinate all new stock by liaising with the Administration Manager to ensure that delivery deadlines are met, and shipments are well organised.
- To ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet all outlets’ demands.
- To meet all work deadlines as instructed by his/her direct superior.
- To organize and optimize the layout of the store to maximize space utilization.
- To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
- To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time in relation to his/her job.
Qualifications
- Basic electrical knowledge: Ability to perform simple electrical repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Valid driving license in Category B: Must possess a valid driving license to operate company vehicles if necessary.
- Use of tools in a professional manner.
- Strong physique and in good health and able to carry objects effectively.
- Good communication skills in English: Ability to read and understand maintenance instructions, as well as effectively communicate with team members and management.
