Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, confirm reservations, and manage walk-ins with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Seating Coordination: Organize seating assignments, direct guests to their tables, and manage seating flow to optimize service efficiency and minimize wait times.
Reservation Management: Manage and coordinate reservations over the phone and in person, accurately recording details to facilitate smooth operations.
Guest Experience Enhancement: Engage with guests to ensure their needs and preferences are met, offer insights on menu options, and respond to special requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
Ambiance and Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy and inviting entrance and waiting area, including arranging decor, organizing seating, and ensuring the area reflects the restaurant’s standards.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen staff to provide updates on guest arrivals, wait times, and any special requirements, contributing to seamless teamwork.
Qualifications
Must be able to speak fluent in English
Relevant experience is very important, however, training will be provided
