Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling all formalities for individual and groups’ arrival, departures and queries
Putting guest care as a priority, with every effort being made to meet guests’ needs and demands
Answering phone calls and emails promptly and in a professional manner that reflects the Hotel Brand
Decision making in operational needs during the night
Upkeeping of hotel’s Hysat Score and various Review Platforms
Working closely with the Front Office Team to ensure the daily tasks are performed correctly
Responsible for the Night Audit and other reports that need to be generated
Dealing with guests’ feedback and queries during the night.
Requirements:
Excellent command of English. Other languages would be an asset
The ideal candidate will have previous front desk, customer service experience and professional presentation
Good knowledge of property management system, Opera.
Applicants must have valid ID card or stamped VISA in passport.
We are providing work permit.
We are providing only full time work.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in same field and Opera software.
