About the Role:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, primarily morning shifts.
Operational Focus: Breakfast and lunch service only—no evening or weekend shifts!
Work Location: Open to candidates already holding a valid Maltese work permit.

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and plan meals.
• Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations and safety regulations.
• Manage the Canteen Operation with the team.
• Control Food Cost and assist Executive Head Chef with designing menus.
Requirements:
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
• Have excellent communication skills with in-depth.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
