Main Scope of the role would be on a construction site. Employees would need to mix the concrete, do the work of construction shutterer which include:
Assembling metal and wooden framing for base of the building, each floor and columns, pouring concrete when needed, then removing the wooden structure after it dries
Bricklaying is required for walls as well and to assist Mason whenever needed.
Install shutters for walls, columns, slabs, and other structural elements according to technical drawings and specifications.
Assist in finishing of concrete to achieve the desired surface quality and structural integrity.
Inspect formwork and shuttering to ensure they meet project specifications and safety standards.
To follow safety protocols.
Maintain and care for all tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Candidates must have good organisational skills and they need to be precise with all measurements.
