Job Description
Matluc, operates a franchise of Sound Machine Co. Ltd. with a shop in Rabat, Malta. It is dedicated to offering top-notch products to customers.

We are currently recruiting a full-time Salesperson who shall be at the forefront of customer interactions and sales. The role will involve assisting customers with their need, providing expert advice on products, process payments and ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
Offer guidance on white good, brown goods, mobiles and any other product available at the shop
Process customer transactions, including payment
Maintain a tidy and organised store environment
Collaborate with the shop manager and the team to achieve sales targets
Handle customer inquires and resolved issues promptly
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products
Any other task as assigned by the Shop Manager
Job requirements

Strong background in customer service
Sales experience is a plus: the ability to identify and increase sales opportunities
Fluent in both Maltese and English
Excellent communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexible availability to work retail hours – 40 hours spread between Monday to Saturday
Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering excellent service
