Junior Architect

We are looking for a Junior Architect to support the development of a large hotel project in Malta. The role will focus on site surveys and project accountability, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with architectural plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed site surveys to gather measurements and assess the site conditions.
• Assist in creating and revising architectural drawings and documentation. • Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Track and report on project accountability, including cost control and compliance with budgets.
• Work closely with contractors, engineers, and senior architects to address site-related challenges.
• Document site activities, changes, and updates for internal and external reporting. • Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage time effectively and work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Maltese is a plus).
• Familiarity with Maltese building regulations and construction practices is advantageous.
