## Responsibilities ##
> Guest Communication: Communicating with guests via text, Whatsapp, Airbnb, Booking.com and answering guest phone calls
> Bookings & Reservations Management: Managing bookings & reservations, and following predefined tasks & workflows
> Attending to issues when they arise, and possibly on location depending on issue
> Onboarding new properties: Checking new properties we are starting to managing, and ensuring that everything is ok to welcome first guests
> Routine inspections of existing properties (on a schedule)
## Requirements ##
> Flexibility – While mostly of the role can be done remotely – At times issues may arise which will require you to attend to them when they come up – there are no set hours.(Note: Having a fixed office-job as your main full time with no room for flexibility will not be suitable for this role. )
> Fluent & very good command of English
> Tech-savvy; Access to your own laptop, smartphone and internet connection
> Own transport
> Living physically in Malta, to be able to attend to issues when they arise
> People’s person; Ability to handle guests and communicate effectively
> Organised and taking ownership of assigned tasks
>Driving license and your own transport
## Good to haves ##
> Ability to speak Maltese is a plus
> No prior experience is necessary – However, knowledge of properties and experience in property management is a big plus
> Knowledge of any foreign language like Italian, Spanish and French
## Job Perks ##
> Office-less, flexible remote-based job. However, one still needs to be physically based in Malta for when issues arise.
> No fixed hours. We believe a job should be based on performance, not on actual time spent in office.

> Training will be provided as needed, on all the job aspects. This includes property audit checklists, IT systems, and how to organise yourself better if needed
## The Important Stuff ##
> Hours: 8 – 40 hours per week (depending on your availability, employment type and seasonality)
> Salary: Based on total amount of bookings / guests managed - €600 – €2000 per month, depending on seasonality
> Location: Remote/Flexible – However, requires you to have the flexibility to go to properties should the need arise, when it arises.
This role is well suited for people who want a flexible lifestyle, or work other main jobs which already allow for some flexibility like real-estate agents, freelancers, self-employed etc, while adding extra income at the end of the month.
Qualifications
- Speak fluent English. Ability to speak Maltese is a plus
- People's person
- Ability to take ownership of tasks
- Have your own transport
- No experience necessary, however experience in real estate / property management is a plus
