Atom I.T. Repairs is a leading computer repair service center located in the heart of Mosta. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch repair services for a wide range of Windows-based devices, from laptops to desktop computers.

The Role:
As a Windows Hardware Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various Windows devices. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our customers' computers are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantle and reassemble Windows-based computers and laptops
- Diagnose and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues
- Perform repairs on various computer components
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and software
- Provide technical support and advice to the internal team
- Maintain accurate repair records and documentation

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in computer hardware repair and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications
- Proficiency in dismantling and reassembling computer hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good level of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly

What will help you:
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified)
- Experience with data recovery techniques
- Knowledge of portable device repairs (phones, tablets etc)

Working Hours:
-This position follows the standard operating hours of the retail shop. 0930 - 1830HRS (Daily with 1 hour break) & Saturday 0900-1300Hrs (Morning only)
