Role Description: Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day commercial tasks, as well as driving sales efforts to expand our customer base and grow our business. You will work closely with both suppliers and customers to ensure service excellence while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through client meetings, sales calls, and proactive communication.
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage customer agreements.
Conduct sales reports, market studies, and analysis to support business development.
Oversee freight forwarding tasks, including shipment tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Fluency in both Maltese and English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Applicants must currently reside in Malta.
