Compleet IS Services Ltd. is recruiting an Administrative Support Officer to join the Accounts Team
If you have an eye for detail, consider yourself an organised individual and enjoy working in a team – This is for you!
Here’s what you will be doing:
• Posting to Nominal Ledger
• Checking and processing invoices and purchase orders;
• Reconciling all necessary accounts including bank and supplier;
• Issuing customer statements and monitoring customer accounts;
• General payroll functions;
• Participating in stock-taking
• Assisting in month-end reporting procedures;
• Filing and general administrative tasks;
• Liaising with other departments/customers/vendors.
• For avoidance of doubt, it is stipulated that the above is an indicative and not an exhaustive list
Qualifications
What Skills do you need?
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently
• Ability to work with numbers and maintain financial records
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and able to follow instructions carefully
• Experience working in such an environment (considered an asset)
