Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs as necessary & also some handyman duties;

Implement preventative maintenance measures.
Complete inspections of premises with Maintenance Manager.
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Qualifications

A Higher Technical Diploma or Wireman License A/B will be considered an asset.
