Process Technician

The company is seeking to recruit a number of Process Technicians to work on a 3 Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday).

o Set up of workplace, machinery, systems and equipment for the manufacturing process in an optimized and most cost effective manner.
o Ensures that the processes are set up and run according to the established standards.
o Monitors the output of machines and personnel so that the required goals can be achieved.
o Leads, motivates and ensures the adherence to company rules and regulations for an assigned group of personnel.
o Utilizes problem solving techniques & capabilities to address technical issues.
o Liaises with Service/Supporting Departments to solve technical and supply issues.
o Ensures that machines, systems, equipment and respective tooling are maintained in the best working condition.
o Assists the Process Leader in day to day duties and projects.
o Carries out and/or monitors that preventive maintenance is done as per established procedures.

Qualifications

Applicants for this position should:

o Possess a relevant technical certification at minimum MQF Level 4.
o Have a good command of the English Language.
o Have good knowledge of production application software / MS Applications.
o Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
o Be able to work in a team and lead a number of employees as required.
o Have good problem solving skills and able to make quick decisions.
o Have good organizational and communication skills.
