Personal Assistant

AK PAK Investments Limited

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and skilled Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of AK Pak Investment Limited. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for the Director, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Director.
Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and follow-up actions.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and any other duties as required by the Director.

Qualifications



Fluent in English and Urdu (both written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of Maltese is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience in a similar role or in administrative support.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
