Compleet IS Services Ltd. is currently looking for a person with a positive can-do attitude to join the AtoZ Electronics team. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good Listeners with a passion for organization should not miss this opportunity.

Here’s what you will be doing:
• Ensuring customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately
• Providing a fast checkout service to every guest whilst being friendly and respectful
• Counting and reconciling monies
• Establishing or identifying prices of goods against system
• Keeping abreast of all sales offers, promotions and membership conditions
• Accepting cash, cheques, or bankcards for payment and completing transactions according to established procedure
• Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers’
• Balancing cash drawer and receipts, documenting and reporting discrepancies
• Resolving client guest concerns in a courteous and helpful manner

Qualifications

What Skills do you need?
• Strong mathematical skills - For accurate transaction processing and change handling.
• Problem-Solving – Resolving any issues or discrepancies with transactions or customer concerns.
• ACDL - Ability to use computer applications, especially Microsoft applications
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring all transactions are accurate and scanning items correctly
• Time Management – Efficiently processing transactions during busy periods.
• Multitasking – Managing different tasks, such as scanning, bagging, and assisting customers simultaneously.
• Good communication skills - Smart personality with a positive attitude
• Passion for sales – giving overall excellent service
• Teamwork – Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
