Duties and Responsibilities of the Employee
The Employee shall assume all such duties and responsibilities associated with an office role
- Issuing rental agreements, place bookings and extensions in the system
- Releasing blocked deposits on epos terminal and uploading to system
- Conducting Inspection forms
- Updating the database daily with previous day contracts
- Checking contracts and making sure they have been correctly issued. Making sure all info collected from clients was properly collected and all payments were made
- Charging of fines and CVAs incurred by clients
- Answering calls and emails
- Handling complaints
- Processing Walkin bookings to those clients that haven’t placed a booking yet
- Handling issues related to customer service
Qualifications
Applicant must have experience in a managerial role.
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Applicant must be organized and have time management skills.
Applicant must have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Applicant must be able to work independently and with other team members.
Salary- 9 euro/ hour full time employment. NET Salary.
