In Malta, Marvin Gauci Group runs award-winning restaurants Caviar & Bull, Sole Seabar by Tarragon, Don Royale, and Dinner in the Sky Malta owned by renowned chef Marvin Gauci.

We are in search for a Junior Sommelier to join our fantastic Team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment
• A charismatic personality, able to ensure that guests are given an exciting and memorable experience
• Maintain the standards set for service by the Head Sommelier
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
• WSET L1 qualification ideally
