Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with expertise in trim carpentry and installation. Carpenter will work closely with other team members on various construction and restoration projects, contributing to the success of our operations in the restoration industry.

Duties

Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, decking installation, railing installation, etc.
Utilize power tools effectively for various construction tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to project specifications.
Collaborate with other employees to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
Provide guidance and training to junior carpenters and apprentices.

Qualifications

Experience

Proven experience as a carpenter in the construction or restoration industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and installation processes.
Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to carpentry tasks.
Experience with vinyl siding a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
