We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in a dynamic airport environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for passengers while adhering to safety and security protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and throughout their travel experience.
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and airport services.
- Process passenger check-in and baggage handling in accordance with airline policies.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and procedures, including screening of passengers and baggage.
- Coordinate with airline staff and other airport personnel to resolve any issues that may arise during travel.
- Assist with the boarding process, ensuring that all passengers are accounted for and seated correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall passenger experience.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or travel management is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts with professionalism and tact.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline reservation systems is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
