MCL designs and manufactures innovative and sustainable plastic products, ranging from packaging, to toys, and to products used in agriculture, construction, and health and fitness. We provide an end-to-end solution from concept creation through to the finished product.


Position Summary

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our plastic packaging business. The ideal candidate will be a motivated person with excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships and driving sales. This person should have experience working in sales, preferably in packaging, food or related industries.

Objectives and Responsibilities for this role are:


· Identify and connect with local food businesses in need of packaging solutions

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Present and sell our high-quality plastic food packaging products

· Meet sales targets and help expand our customer base

Qualifications

Required skills


· Previous experience in a similar role.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Fluency in Maltese and English

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· A valid driving licence (travel required for client visits)

· Self-motivated and results driven
