We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic & 3D Visual Designer to join our growing team at 5 Points Growing.
You’ll play a key role in visually communicating our products, services, and experiences across digital platforms, print media, and marketing campaigns. Your creativity will bring to life everything from photorealistic product renders to immersive property visuals, brand assets, social media content, and more.
Clear, engaging visuals help our customers better understand and trust our cutting-edge growing technology. Your designs will elevate our online store, improve customer experience, and strengthen brand presence
• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic product renders for lighting equipment, grow systems, and accessories.
• Design engaging and on-brand marketing visuals: banners, flyers, social media posts, email graphics, and Google Ads.
• Manage and evolve visual branding for company, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
• Handle post-production work on photography and video when needed.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files for use across multiple platforms
Assist with website visuals and keep content fresh with seasonal and campaign updates.
Research industry trends and competitor visuals to ensure fresh and modern design approaches.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
•? ?Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D software such as Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, or similar.
•? ?Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and 3D modeling/rendering skills.
•? ?Good eye for layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
•? ?Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•? ?Photography and video editing skills are a big plus.



Requirements
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including 3D renders and branding.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with 3D tools like Blender, Cinema4D, or Maya is a must.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic web tools (HTML/CSS, WordPress, or Adobe XD) is advantageous.
• Excellent visual storytelling, composition, and typography skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English will be considered an asset.
