Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and team members, ensuring effective communication.
- Support various projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Must speak Hindi language to communicate with other team members
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
