About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Qormi. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling both general office duties and financial admin tasks, including invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and front desk activities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time
Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
Maintain organized filing and document systems
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and deliveries
Assist with procurement and stock control
Support the finance and management teams with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration and invoicing
Familiarity with accounting or invoicing software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese is an advantage
A diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
