Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform general NDT works related mostly, but not limited, to ship repair works, ship surveys and in power plants maintenance.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Must be able to physically access ships and small craft.
Able operate in: confined Spaces or beneath machinery, noisy environment, extreme height, heavy Industrial conditions, off-shore, office environment, meetings and multiple locations. Work conditions vary from indoors to outdoor.
Work day or night shifts.
Knowledge of basic computer software.
Produce NDT reports
Able to perceive and distinguish normal range of colors

Qualifications

PCN, ASNT or UNI EN ISO 9712 Certification in:
• MT level 2
• PT level 2
• RT level 2
• UT thickness measurement level 2
• UT weld testing level 2
Experience, knowledge and capability of performing UT thickness measurement surveys of ships as well as rope access certification will be considered an asset.
