We are looking for a skilled and experienced Shutterer to join our team for ongoing construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing formwork and molds used to shape concrete for structural elements like walls, columns, beams, and slabs.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble, install, and dismantle formwork and shuttering for concrete structures.

Cut and shape plywood or steel plates for shuttering systems.

Ensure alignment, level, and plumb of the formwork before pouring.

Collaborate with other tradesmen on-site for efficient workflow.

Comply with safety and construction site protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction plans.

Knowledge of shuttering systems and materials (timber, metal, modular).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a shutterer or formwork carpenter on construction sites.
